The weeping willow, with its cascading branches, evokes both melancholy and protection. Its posture leans gently toward the ground, yet its trunk remains rooted and stable. This duality — softness and strength — lies at the heart of the composition. The tree was created using my double-layer stencil technique. Each line and branch was digitally designed and carefully hand-cut before being applied with spray paint and acrylic. The vertical strokes emphasize the fluid movement of the leaves, almost like falling rain or a curtain of light. The purple and turquoise background was built instinctively, layer after layer, creating depth and vibration. The textured surface contrasts with the precision of the stencil, reinforcing the dialogue between control and spontaneity that defines my artistic language. Despite its small format, this piece carries a contemplative presence — an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with nature. This is a unique, original artwork.
