Wine This Coteaux Bourguignons is a delicious, gentle blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. The Gamay imparts smooth and fresh notes reminiscent of blackberries. The Pinot Noir softens the wine with notes of strawberry and light spice. Perfect pairing with a Caesar salad, grilled vegetables, or a Bresse oven-baked chicken. Winery Maison Goichot was founded in 1947 near Meursault and is characterized by its family atmosphere. In 2000, it took a major step forward with the construction of a new winery in Beaune. Very modern and advanced, it allowed Goichot to improve working conditions and become fully independent in bottling and packaging its wines. While their vision is focused on the future, they have a great respect for tradition. Thanks to André Goichot's relationships with many winegrowers in the region, they can offer very high quality wines from a wide range of appellations: Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise.
