It does NOT connect to the Meta Horizon / consumer app, which is expected behavior for this pre-release dev unit. I am not informed if any sideloading activities work, never tried myself. This device was never intended for retail sale and is sold strictly as collectible developer hardware. Ideal for VR / XR hardware collectors or technology historians.
