Beskrivelse fra sælger
Lehmann / Lemon “Tom 385” – Original før-krigs tinnplade-abe – Fremstillet i Tyskland
Offered here is an original Lehmann / Lemon mechanical monkey “Tom 385”, manufactured in Germany, most likely during the pre-war period.
The toy is entirely made of metal/tinplate with no plastic parts, consistent with early German production. The following original markings are present:
- “Lemon”
- “Made in Germany”
- “Tom 385”
Based on its construction, markings, and overall appearance, this piece appears to be authentic and original.
Condition:
- good vintage condition considering its age
- visible signs of age and use
- original paint remains well preserved
- little to no corrosion visible
- sold without original box
The mechanism is untested / working (adjust depending on condition).
A very collectible example of early German tinplate toys and automata, highly attractive for collectors of Lehmann toys and pre-war mechanical figures.
