Artist : 山本 昇雲 Yamamoto Shoun (1870-1965)
A Japanese painter born in Kochi Prefecture. He studied under 滝和亭 Taki Katei. Besides Japanese-style painting, he was also good at ukiyo-e and lithography. He's also known for drawing news illustrations from the Meiji to Taisho periods. His works are held in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
Good condition.A few stains and fading by age.Please check pictures.
