Lacrymal (Jimmy) er født i 1990 i Aubervilliers. Det var her, han begyndte sin autodidakte praksis, malende figurer på væggene i sin by, som han blander med computerredigerede collage og bagefter trykker. Hans værker fremstår som en spænding mellem to typer af former og linjer. Han udstiller i flere europæiske lande.
I 2018 antog Jimmy pseudonymet Lacrymal for realisering af sine malerier, en reference til kirtlen, der udskiller tårer.
