Ryggen af Volume II er stærkt beskadiget, udtømt og med betydelige mangler langs kanterne og ved øverste kant.
De øvre og nedre piber på de øvrige bind (især IV og V) er slidte og nedbrudte.
Guldskriften på ryggen forbliver tydelig og lys.
En sjælden mulighed for at erhverve et eksemplar med numerisk begrænsning og underskrevet af en af det 19. århundredes mest indflydelsesrige intellektuelle skikkelser — perfekt til et restaureringsprojekt.
