Gaja Barbaresco 2020 fra hjertet af Barbaresco i Piemonte
Angelo Gajas 2021 Barbaresco er et vin med holdning og ynde, der har meget at byde på. Udtryksfulde krydrede og blomsteragtige noter åbner sig først, men det, der virkelig gør indtryk, er vinens nuancer og afgrænsning. Gennemsigtigheden er tydelig. Søde røde kirsebær, mynte, kanel og roseblade udvikler sig i glasset og tilføjer yderligere nuancer. Smagen er afbalanceret og krydret, tanninerne faste og eftersmagen præcis og lang. Dette muskuløse monument af en rødvin har helt sikkert brug for nogle flere år i flasken; med lidt tålmodighed vil den forvandle sig til ren elegance.
