Abacus with 6 Chinese coins and 91 beats –China- 20th Century
On offer is a decorative Chinese abacus. It has 91 stone beats for counting. At the sides there are 6 Chinese coins with a silvery appearance. The coins are magnetic. The counting stones have an high Thermal conductivity and are scratchable which indicates that they are made of soap stone. This well-made abacus is a copy of an original, and is modern made. Despite that, it is a good quality made object ,which resembles China’s past. A beautiful display object! Provenance: acquired from inland China.
Date: 20th century- modern.
Size: length 41cm. width 14cm. thick 2,5cm.
Condition: excellent. Minor wear.
Will be packed very well and shipped with registered track/trace with insurance. Combined shipping possible, we return postage costs.
