Carved rectangular yellow-white Chinese Seal with bamboo and script -China- PRC period
On offer is a very fine good quality yellow-white low-translucent Chinese artist stone Seal. It is finely carved in the shape of a small bamboo stump. The stone is, or resembles Shoushan stone. It has beautiful natural colored spots! The seal is nicely engraved with characters on one side. The face of the seal is carved with several Chinese characters. Nice smooth surface by use. UV check shows that the stone is probably not artificially colored. The color seems to be natural. Provenance: Closed private collection.
