Koji Kasatani (født 1964) er en japansk kunstner.
Efter at have uddannet sig fra kunstskolen i Firenze, Italien, har jeg studeret italienske keramikteknikker.
Efter at jeg vendte tilbage til Japan begyndte jeg at udfordre mig selv for at skabe værker, der gik ud over keramikken.
Da jeg fandt nogle bananrester, fars yndlings, i køkkenet, blev jeg overbevist om, at dette var kunst, og siden da har jeg lavet banan-tema værker i cirka 18 år.
