Dial and Hands
The dial is exceptionally well-preserved and visually striking, featuring a vibrant green textured finish. It displays applied faceted indices with white inserts, a matching applied Rado logo, and the signature rotating anchor at nine o'clock. A practical day and date complication sits at three o'clock, with all printing remaining clean and free of visible moisture damage or significant spotting. The baton hands, also featuring white inserts, show noticeable age-related degradation. Significant oxidation and rust are visible on the sweep second hand, along with corrosion present around the center pinion.

Case and Crystal
The stainless steel case features a distinctive tonneau shape, highlighted by a brushed top surface and polished flanks. The unibody construction sets the flat crystal directly into the case, yielding a seamless profile. The case displays honest vintage wear consistent with age, including moderate scratches and handling marks throughout, as well as some dings and edge wear visible on the outer polished bevels. A recessed crown is positioned at four o'clock, presenting a dimpled surface without a clear signature visible. The crystal remains generally clear, showing only light surface scratches and no major chips or cracks.

Movement
Inside beats a gold-tone automatic Caliber 209 movement with 25 jewels and a Rado signed rotor. The caliber presents a generally clean appearance with minor surface marks. Recording +7+12s/day on the timegrapher, it is exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece.

Strap
The watch is fitted with a period correct bracelet featuring a stainless steel folded-link construction. It exhibits normal surface scratches and moderate wear, with no signature visible on the clasp exterior. The bracelet accommodates a maximum wrist size of up to 19cm.

Condition
Good vintage condition. The dial remains exceptionally well-preserved, contrasting with the hands which display significant oxidation and rust, particularly on the sweep second hand and center pinion. The stainless steel case shows honest wear, with moderate scratches, handling marks, and dings along the outer polished bevels. The period correct bracelet presents normal surface wear consistent with the rest of the watch.
