Pokémon - 1 Card - Ancient Mew Kampagnekort, Første udgave

The "Ancient Mew" Pokémon card—specifically the initial version included with the pamphlet for the movie *Pokémon: The Movie 2000* (released in Japan on July 17, 1999)—has gained popularity and trades at high prices for the following reasons:

Reasons for Popularity and Key Features

• "Nintedo" Misprint (Error Version)
On the initial version of the card, the copyright notice at the bottom reads "Nintedo" instead of the correct "Nintendo" (missing the letter "n"). As this error was corrected in later print runs, the early error version is scarce and holds immense value as a collector's item.

• Unique Design Featuring Ancient Script
The card is covered in mysterious ancient characters; combined with its holographic sheen, it boasts a special, enigmatic visual style unlike any other Pokémon card.

• The Enduring Popularity and Special Status of Mew
As "Mew"—a Mythical Pokémon that has enjoyed immense popularity since the original generation—this card appeals to fans by serving as a memento that captures the excitement surrounding the movie's original theatrical release.

• Limited Market Availability and Collector Demand
Distributed over 25 years ago (in 1999), few cards remain in mint condition. Furthermore, with investors and collectors both in Japan and abroad actively acquiring them, obtaining one has become increasingly difficult year by year.
