This work in the format 80 × 80 × 4 cm is created on a wide, high-quality canvas and moves between painting and sculpture.

Frequency COPPER — Sculpture of light, structure & presence

Frequency Series is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist, I transfer rhythm, pause, and repetition into a visual structure. The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.

Artwork details:

Title: Frequency COPPER
Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4 cm

Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and Heavy-Gel texture paste on canvas, built up layer by layer with various spatulas. The pigments form elevations and overlays with calm, pulsating tension.

Only the highest quality materials are used – all sourced locally in Austria.

Frame: Wide support frame made of solid natural wood (included in the price).

Images: The pictures were taken under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works. The artist recommends placing the works under direct or indirect light to fully bring out the color play and make the pieces come alive.

Signature & Authenticity: Hand-signed on the back and on the side edge of the canvas. Delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Location: Directly from the artist's studio in Vienna.

Market presence: Comparable works are held in private collections and galleries at a price range of €2,500 – €3,000.

Sarah Schwarzl's artistic language developed from movement and music. Dance was her first expression, later followed by the piano. Both shape her understanding of rhythm, structure, and tension.

Painting unites these disciplines into a focused, visual form.
