Beskrivelse fra sælger
I auktion: brugt Rolex Air-King ref. 14010 i meget god stand.
Amazing kvalitet and easy wearability and are the key points of this watch.
Med en hverdagsbrug-venlig sølvfarvet skive vil dette fuldstål Rolex Air-King blive bemærket på dit håndled.
Its story:
Its roots begin all the way back to June of 1940 before the United States entered World War II: when Britain stood alone against the Nazi juggernaut.
Germany launched waves of air attacks on cities densely populated such as London: the RAF (Royal Air Force) defended their countrymen while they were seeking refuge in basements and shelters.
Hans Wilsdorf (founder of Rolex) created the “Air” series of watches to honor the heroism of those pilots. The Air-King is the last remaining model from the series.
