Bagside har Omega søhestsemblem og indgraveringen “SEAMASTER.” Dette selvoptrækkende kronograf er repræsentativt for begyndelsen af 1970 erne, og Caliber 1040 var Omegas første in-house selvoptrækkende kronografværk. Det er kærligt kendt blandt samlere som “Jedi.”
