Non è un lotto di parti sciolte: è una *cassetta a libro già allestita*, dove i due erbari originali sono fissati all'interno della cassa.


> Interessante sia per l'antichità botanica del lotto che come oggetto da interior design. Filo conduttore: il mare, di Malmö (per gli erbari) e la cassa per sardine portoghese.

> _1. Gli Erbari:_ Due erbari originali firmati Frans Svanberg di Malmö: - 1897 Centaurea cyanus (Fiordaliso) - "Speranza nell'amore" - 1895 Aster tripolium (Astro marino) - "Ricordati di me mentre sono in mare". Fogli originali con etichetta manoscritta.

> _2. La Cassa:_ Autentica cassa da trasporto per sardine _Lopes dab Cruz & Ca., Lda - FÁBRICAS EM MATOSINHOS, SETÚBAL, VILA DO CONDE - PORTUGAL_. Una delle 4 grandi conserveire di Matosinhos che nel 1926 fondarono la storica União de Conserveiros. Modello 1/4 CLUB 50 in olive oil, per export UK (timbro "Packed in Portugal"). Anni '30. Legno con timbro a fuoco originale, patina d'epoca.

It is not a lot of loose parts: it is a _book-shaped casket already set up_, where the two original herbaria are fixed inside the crate.

> Interesting both for the botanical antiquity of the lot and as an interior design object. Common thread: the sea, from Malmö (for the herbaria) and the Portuguese sardine crate.

> _1. The Herbaria:_ Two original herbaria signed Frans Svanberg from Malmö: - 1897 Centaurea cyanus (Cornflower) - "Hope in love" - 1895 Aster tripolium (Sea Aster) - "Remember me while I am at sea". Original sheets with handwritten label.

> _2. The Crate:_ Authentic sardine transport crate _Lopes da Cruz & Ca., Lda - FÁBRICAS EM MATOSINHOS, SETÚBAL, VILA DO CONDE - PORTUGAL_. One of the 4 large canneries of Matosinhos that in 1926 founded the historic União de Conserveiros. Model 1/4 CLUB 50 in olive oil, for UK export (stamp "Packed in Portugal"). 1930s. Wood with original fire brand, period patina.
