Served at the Arrogant Sour Festival, 540 bottles were produced. This spontaneously fermented beer is a blend of 12- and 24-month-old Lambics, brewed with organic wheat (35%) and malted barley (65%), aged hops (Suranné), and Trebbiano grapes.

The Nath’ is the result of the maceration of rhubarb in two-year-old Lambic. Naturally re-fermented in the bottle, it is a living beer with an evolving taste. Store and serve at cellar temperature (50°-65°F / 12°-15°C). To be drunk preferably within 10 years after the bottling date.

All bottles were purchased directly from the brewery and picked up in person.
All bottles have been stored in a cellar, in a horizontal position, and in the dark.
