An exessively rare and important alabaster statue - Man's Head with lapis lazuli eyes from the ancient Mesopotamian culture,
2000- 3000 BC.
In good condition. It has been cleaned, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Traces of use and age on its surface.
Purchased mid 90's in London by Dr. Zelnik from the collection of a former high ranking British dipolomat.
