His degree in ancient Near East and Roman Britain archaeology from Manchester University, one of the best in the U.K. and passion for ancient history is reflected in this intriguing carving. The egg-shaped head carving depicted with rounded eyes, long nose, and hair fringe. On a custom-made base. 24 cm (including stand). 16 cm (the head only). Condition: Very good, some wear and patina.
