Quality wulfenite specimen from Los Lamentos displaying the distinctive caramel-brown coloration this locality is known for. The crystals show color zoning effects with lustrous caramel-brown faces transitioning to bright orange on the crystal edges—a characteristic feature of Los Lamentos material. Excellent luster and condition throughout.
A fine example from this important Chihuahua locality, long recognized as a premier source for richly colored wulfenite crystals.

The Rollet family owned several mines in Madagascar since 1920, prospecting for new deposits, mining and exporting minerals for industrial uses (mainly phlogopite) but also gemstone roughs and collectable specimens. Founder Marc Rollet was a very early mineral dealer in France. The collection features many specimens of historical and systematic interest from Madagascar, as well as a variety of French and international classics from the last century.
