This lot features a silvered brass tray made in India around the second half of 20th century. Its surface is abundantly decorated with naive etchings presenting scenes from wildlife with tigers hunting deers, birds, a peacock, all surrounded by vegetal motifs, trees, hills and even rivers filled by fish. Circumference of the rim is also decorated in hunting scenes featuring tigers hunting deers. The tray has some scratches and marks on its reverse where the brass core is visible, but overall condition is good without dents or damages.
