A finely carved Japanese Noh mask “Ko-omote” by Fukai, a craftsman of the Ito Michihiko school, mid-20th century.
This mask represents a young woman with a serene and gentle expression, one of the most iconic female roles in Noh theatre.
It is hand-carved from wood and finished with natural pigments and gofun (crushed shell powder), demonstrating refined craftsmanship and balance.

Condition:
