Die schöne Uhr war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Verpackung und der Versand waren perfekt 👍👍👍

Tutto come in foto grazie mille orologio fantastico!!! Grazie Miguel sei stato davvero professionale, impeccabile!

Thank you for the kind words. You have my contacts if you ever need anything!

Hello,

I provided the reason and photos to Catawiki, and I thought those would be shared with you, the buyer.

The chronograph seconds hand was loose and required a service to put it back in position.
As it was, the watch would not have been ready to ship in time, and I would not sell it with that defect.

This is the first time I’ve cancelled a sale in over 220 sales on Catawiki,.
I’m truly sorry, but the watch was not in good enough condition to sell at the time

Nice looking watch, according to description. Good after sales communication, good logistics and packaging. The seller solved an issue with the article fast and to my satisfaction. Highly appreciated.

Sorry to know you faced issues with the watch. I’m here to find a solution if needed.
Thank you!

Everything was perfect! Service, product... Everything!

Everything went very well and smoothly. Beautiful watch. Miguel kept me well informed during the process.

Very satisfied, delivery was fast and the watch was carefully and well packaged.

Excellent communication with the seller. Very professional. Thank you for a smooth transaction, and I look forward to doing business with you again!

La montre est arrivée rapidement, très très bien emballée et protégée. Le vendeur m’a également contacté pour s’assurer que tout s’était bien passé. Je recommande fortement. Merci à Miguel !
