Five days to arrive and one applique crashed during a long transit NL-Germany-Italy

Hello Vincenzo,
Sorry for my late reaction. I am travelling untill wednesday. I saw your pictures and the scratch on one cone. I will contact Post.NL. The package has made a very long trip and as you mentioned arrived w.o. tape. I am sure that the cones were packed in a safe way. I wiil send you pictures later to prove that. I will try to claim money from Post.nl.
Keep you informed.
Greetings,
Roel
Dear Vincenzo, fyi.
I have contacted Post.nl. I will start a claim procedure, but there is no guarantee that a re-fund will be granted. Anyway, it is worth a try.
Keep you posted.
Greetings,
Roel
