A prestigious Piedmontese wine on which international critics agree, recognizing its interesting aromas – primarily floral – and a body that is always direct and easily satisfying. The must obtained from the gentle pressing of the grapes ferments in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 30 degrees Celsius; the subsequent refinement takes place both in Allier oak barriques and in large barrels, with a capacity of 2,000-3,000 litres. A label that promises to evolve over the next 10 years, perfect to accompany more formal occasions and also to cheer after-meal conversations.
