This special single malt, the second edition in our limited annual release series, exudes flavours of ground coffee, hazelnut and vanilla, offering a delicious combination of whisky and coffee. INSPIRED BY THE BIRTHPLACE OF COFFEE This unique single malt is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Ethiopia is said to be the birthplace of coffee, as the Arabica bean was the first type of coffee to be grown. Exuding notes of ground coffee, hazelnuts, sweet sultanas and vanilla, this special whisky takes you into a world of flavour and texture and excites all your senses. THE PROCESS The Harmony collection was born from the fusion of our inherent curiosity with our principles of innovation and creativity. Macallan whisky maker Steven Bremner immersed himself in the art of coffee, exploring the process from field to cup and discovering the different flavour profiles at each stage.
