In the cellar: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak vats, without temperature control. Long maceration and aging in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 24 months. Great aging potential. At the table: Deep ruby ​​red, complex and austere on the nose, with notes of black fruits (black cherry and plum) followed by leather, tobacco, and spices. A finish of aromatic herbs and undergrowth. On the palate, it is full and vigorous, with present yet integrated tannins and a freshness that invites drinking. Excellent persistence.
