Publisher’s original full red cloth with gilt portrait of Irving stamped to front boards, and gilt lettering to spines. Book Dimensions: 23 x 15 cm and Number of Pages: 372, 388 including index Condition Covers are faded and marked, with wear to boards’ corners, and edges, and rubbing to head and foot of spines. Internally; the books are in good condition. Inscriptions with pencil on top front free endpaper pages of both volumes. Light foxing on free endpaper pages, and on some other pages throughout.
