It is a whiskey distilled in 1947 and bottled fifty years later in 1997, after a period of double maturation in oak port barrels. This is an extraordinary and quite stunning whisky. Johnnie Walker Excelsior is a collectible whiskey that is really hard to find these days. Box in good condition. One small tear in the box on the back when opening.
