According to the Arfon edition dictionary of art squares, it is considered quite rare and quite sought after - last photo.
"This square takes up the motifs of the entrance gate of the Tuileries, gardens created by Le Nôtre in 1664 and which still exist on the site of what was once a Parisian residence of the kings of France. All this magnificence could only lead to an exceptional rider: the gate opens onto Hermes, messenger of the Olympians, god of commerce and the first specialist to have distinguished himself in the science of public relations."
Very good general vintage condition despite some small traces of use (last photos).
Wash silk is velvety, very soft.
Will be carefully packaged and sent by colissimo with tracking number.
