Lamento lo que cuentas sobre el empaquetado... ya que siempre lo recubro con plástico burbuja y en tu caso recuerdo que añadí cartones por ambos lados para que te llegara perfecto,,,, te  agradecería me hicieses llegar fotos de como lo has recibido para poder reclamar y pedir explicaciones  a la empresa de transporte, ya que eres el primer caso que me indica un problema sobre la llegada del paquete a su domicilio
De todas maneras contactare igualmente con la empresa , ya que siempre he enviado  muchos paquetes con la misma seguridad a Bélgica ,Francia y otras comunidades de España ,enviando cuadros  marcos, cristal  y productos frágiles y nunca me han indicado cualquier incidente ,cuando han sido transportes de hasta 8 y 12 dias
