In November 18 I received the bottle with a crack at the top of the lid. I want to return the bottle and have my € 1529 refunded to my account. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive bottle.

The parcel was sent on 12 November and was ready for collection on 14 November. It was collected on 18 November. The parcel was sent with confirmation of receipt by signature so that in the event of damage, it would not be collected and would be returned to the sender. The recipient stated that the outer box was not damaged. Suggesting that the whisky packaging was sent damaged, which is not true. I make every effort to ensure that the shipment is as well protected as possible. This is evidenced by 100% positive reviews, except for the one posted by this buyer.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.

1. If an opening bid does not meet a lot’s reserve price (hidden minimum), buyers may try outbidding their earlier bid in order to find that lot’s RP.
