Raquel Pellicano

With a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Brasília (UnB), Raquel Pellicano is a photographer and visual artist, with authorial production and experiments in photographic language. Commercially, it specializes in portrait, fashion, advertising and travel records. Aged 38, she has been in the market for 17 years, is a partner at Espaço f/508 de Cultura, teaches courses and workshops and is in charge of the photographic studio. Created the postgraduate program in Photography as a Support for Imagination, which began in March 2018. Signed several fashion editorials, with works published in Vogue, Trip, VIP, LATAM Vamos!, Playboy, Traços and VIP magazines fashion. In 2012, he gave a lecture on photography and Portrait at the invitation of Fnac. In 2020, she participated in the podcast Filosofia de Bar, with Mayã Fernandes, and in the Private Collection project, with interviews with Raisa Pina. In 2021, she was invited to the Baleia project for awards in visual arts, for the curatorship and theme selection for the third edition - and a jury member in the photography contest Memórias ao Quadrado, of the IDP school of communication. Operates in Lisbon and Europe, with seasons in Brazil.
