Únicamente, la pintura estaba protegida por un papel antes del cartón de embalaje y éste se ha pegado a la pintura en algunas partes. Es una fácil restauración que no afecta a la pintura y con una sencilla intervención se puede solucionar.

Lamentablemente el embalaje no era adecuado y la obra sufrió daños importantes. El vendedor respondio con rapidez e interes a mis mensajes, pero la única alternativa propuesta fue devolver la obra.

La primera y segunda frase son correctas. Pero la única alternativa no es devolverla también se puede y debe restaurar y cuidar la obra adquirida y estirarla en un bastidor. No considero que eso sea negativo.

Strak en vlak, en geheel gaaf gearriveerd, tussen 2 simpele kartonnetjes, helemaal uit Spanje. Leuk dat 2 catalogi waren bijgesloten, ( waarin helaas "mijn gewonnen" schilderijtje niet in stond. )

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
