Painting and frame delivered damaged. Frame is held by tape, pieces are falling. Sender claimed both the painting and frame are in excellent state. Photos didn't show damage. His reply to me was rude.

My response was not rude. You bought a work by Henry Mosny for 450 euros, which is worth 2000 euros. 450 euros is only worth the frame. It is a painting that is 200 years old,
