Ik vind het echter jammer dat u niet rechtstreeks met mij contact opneemt om naar een oplossing te zoeken, maar onmiddellijk negatieve feedback geeft. Heel jammer. Ik zou met plezier het boek terugnemen en u vergoeden, maar geen communicatie is ook geen oplossing.
