Bought 3 zippo from him one of them were broken, contacted him as i want a return or a refund. He said it was the transport company and he want money from them because of an insurance. Nothing happen

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
