Je vous ai même proposé de m'envoyer ou de venir chercher ce verre et de le faire réparer chez VSL, sans suite de votre part.

Vous avez sans mon consentement, fait réparé la soi-disante égrenure à BXL, de ne pas fournir de dévis/facture, de ne pas ouvrir de litige puis de me réclamer une somme à payer sans preuve.
