Extremely unprofessional! I’ve bought an item with “no reserve price” but the seller cancelled it and rejected to ship it, no explanation provided.

I DO NOT recommend this seller, the communication with them was poor, they had an arrogant attitude. The shipping took ages and beside this, the products that i received were not as described. 

Reaction from the seller: This is not a honest feedback from the buyer! The picture of the item is clear enough. Wat more information isto be added? The item was kept by the customs and therefore the delivery was delayed. Every single question from buyer has been answered. Besides the track &trace code was wellknown by buyer, but perhaps the buyer was not able to read the stated informstion? I, the seller, is not to blamed.
