Bonjour. Je suis désolé de cet incident dont je vous donne ci-après l'explication. La bague en question n'a été évaluée par Catawiki suite à une lacune de leur expert. Vous pouvez d'ailleurs les contacter pour confirmation de mes dires. Je n'ai pas réussi à avoir une réponse cohérente de Catawiki. Juste avant cette bague j'ai vendu deux autres bagues dans le même style avec moins de diamants à un prix évalué beaucoup plus important par l'expert. D'où ma réclamation auprès de Catawiki qui vient d'annuler votre achat et ce n'est pas de mon fait. Je vends régulièrement sur Catawiki et sans aucun problèmes. Je comprends votre déception et suis désolé de cet incident dont je ne suis pas responsable.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
