Guitar arrived in appalling condition.
When I informed the seller about this, he was extremely rude. I finally agreed to a split refund under pressure. Never again!

The guitar was damaged in the post but the seller was happy to agree to a partial refund so I have no complaints and am happy to offer positive feedback.

The guitar was advertised as playable which it certainly is not. The fingerboard is warped and the neck-body joint is damaged. The seller offered me a financial compensation which I accepted.
