Hello. It has cost me almost £40 for the certificate which has not been included in the total price of the item. The stone itself is worth a lot more, however if its no reserve, its basically your luck you got the including the shipping at that rate. Please check the market price, i dont think you can get the stone even with the shipping cost anywhere else.
