Dear Sir, I am sorry you turned out disappointed , but  your feedback is not correct: 
In my description of the lot, if you had read it, is clearly specify in the  first line  that images are enlarged for better analyze the stones  and the size given correspond to the average size of the pieces , since being a rough material they cannot be all equal.
All my other buyers of similar lots for  quality, size  and color turned out totally satisfied, and in the last year, till your complain,  I had a 100% positive feedback report , and for this I am sorry too

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
