The Geron collection has a varied range of 18th-, 19th- and 20th-century silver. The supplier, Ron Verstegen, lives in Utrecht and started developing a passion for precious metal silver 20 years ago.  The material appeals to Verstegen because of its appearance and the possibilities for processing it. In addition to his regular job, he has further developed this passion by immersing himself in the world of trading and collecting. Gradually he has built up a fairly extensive knowledge of antique silver in particular: 18th century silver has his preference, but he is a great lover of 19th century silver, Art Nouveau (especially the symmetrical and stylised Jugendstil) and Art Deco silver. Over the years he has built up a large circle of customers and collectors who share his passion for antique silver. At first he was mainly to be found at fairs and markets, nowadays he is also more and more active online. Reliability is always very important to him, he hopes that you will find something of your liking in this auction.
