TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All photographs provided are of the actual watch you will receive and have not been digitally altered or retouched. Please examine the images thoroughly before bidding, as they constitute the primary and essential part of the condition report. Any defects visible in the photographs but not explicitly mentioned in the text are considered disclosed. The written text serves an auxiliary purpose to highlight specifications and notable details.
[ACCURACY & MECHANISM]
Each timepiece undergoes a comprehensive timing test in a horizontal (dial up) position at full power reserve prior to shipment. Please note that vintage and pre-owned mechanical watches (especially those over 10 years old) inherent a larger variance in timekeeping due to mechanical wear. A daily deviation of approximately 3 to 4 minutes (fast or slow) is considered acceptable and normal for vintage movements. Actual accuracy on the wrist may vary depending on winding tension, arm movement, and wearing habits.
[WATER RESISTANCE]
Unless explicitly stated otherwise as "tested and certified," no water resistance guarantee is provided for any vintage or pre-owned timepieces. We highly advise against exposing these watches to water, humidity, or sudden temperature changes.
[AUTHENTICITY]
We guarantee the authenticity of all timepieces sold. To the best of our professional knowledge and inspection, any known aftermarket parts or alterations will be clearly disclosed. Please evaluate the lot based on the provided photographs for absolute clarity on the components' condition.
[CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES]
Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer (consignee). Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to bidding.
[DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS]
All shipments are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. In the unfortunate event that a parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. To facilitate an insurance claim with the courier, the buyer must retain all original packaging materials and contents exactly as received.
