Byōbu plegable (biombo) - Una pantalla de seis paneles Byōbu (屏風) que representa elegantes ramas de pino Matsu (松). - Japón

A six-panel paper folding screen with gold leaf background, decorated with elegant pine branches with long green needles arranged along the lower part of the composition. The essential nature of the subject, isolated against the brilliant golden background, reflects a modern and refined taste. The pine (matsu 松), a symbol of longevity and strength in the Japanese tradition, is traditionally associated with auspicious wishes for good fortune and perseverance over time. Signed and sealed by the artist in the lower right corner. A wooden frame completes and protects the piece. The screen can also be easily mounted on a wall or used as a room divider. Byōbu (屏風), literally “wind protection screens,” are traditional Japanese folding screens originally created to divide spaces and today appreciated above all as striking wall-mounted paintings. ---The byobu is in good condition, with minor signs of wear. Please refer to the pictures for further details. The item will be carefully packed and shipped via DHL or FedEx, accompanied by the original certificate of authenticity issued by Mastromauro Japanese art gallery based in Milan, Italy. 347
