陽斎 Yōsai - Natsume - Yōsai – Hira-natsume de laca roja con Hakeme Nanabō Maki-e (motivo de los siete tesoros) - Madera, laca - Tarro de té lacado

Description: This elegant Japanese lacquer tea caddy (hira-natsume) is the work of Yōsai, decorated with a refined Nanabō (Seven Treasures) maki-e design executed over a hakeme (brush-mark) ground. The vessel is finished in warm vermilion lacquer, with subtle horizontal brush textures visible beneath the surface, lending depth and a quiet sense of movement. Gold maki-e lines form interlocking circular frameworks enclosing auspicious motifs traditionally associated with the Seven Treasures, symbolizing harmony, continuity, and good fortune. The contrast between the soft brush-marked ground and the precise, restrained gold decoration reflects a balance of spontaneity and control, highly valued in tea aesthetics. The compact, low-profile form is characteristic of hira-natsume used in thin tea (usucha) gatherings. Accompanied by its original wooden tomobako, this piece represents a refined example of mid-20th-century lacquer craftsmanship, suitable for tea ceremony use or as a tasteful addition to a collection of Japanese lacquer and tea utensils. NOTICE

The lot will be carefully packaged and sent by Japan Post depends on the situation.
It takes about 3~4 weeks to receive normally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Sometimes Customes or delivery company in your country contact you for Customs clearance via phone or email. Please make sure that you could answer the phone. If you don't, the parcel will return to me and it cost more double shipping fee for reshipping.
Appreciate your cooperation.
