Broche - 18 quilates Oro amarillo, Broche/Colgante exclusivo de retrato en oro amarillo de 18 quilates

Exclusive 18K Yellow Gold Portrait Miniature Brooch/Pendant A beautifully executed late 19th-century portrait miniature depicting a finely painted woman, set in a substantial gold brooch that can also be worn as a pendant. This exceptional piece is attributed to Alessandro Curion, a Neapolitan-born miniature painter active in Rome in the early 1900s. The artwork displays Curion’s characteristic precision and delicate brushwork, capturing remarkable expression and subtle detail within a compact format. According to documented historical records: “A miniature painter of Neapolitan origin, Alessandro Curion was active in Rome where his studio was located at 22 Via del Babuino in 1912–1915. He is related to, and perhaps the son of, the miniaturist Ignazio Curion (Naples, January 15, 1828 – Rome, February 20, 1908) reported by Schidlof, La miniature en Europe (1964). His miniatures are rare, still for the most part preserved in the descendants of the models, and finely executed. Museum: A. Curion is represented in the Ploiesti Museum, Romania (portrait of a man dated 1905, inv. 6-4).” This remarkable miniature is an outstanding example of his scarce and highly refined work. Metal: 18K Yellow Gold Weight: 15.8 Grams Size: 4.8 cm x 4.0 cm Condition: Excellent Shipping: Shipped by DHL Express Worldwide, Estimated 2–3 Business Day Transit Time. Fully insured.
