Our organic extra virgin olive oil is a natural product obtained solely through mechanical processes, including cold pressing.
It is aromatic and delicate, so it is best eaten raw or used to dress vegetables and salads.
This magnificent 100% Arbequina olive oil is produced on our Valvarés estate, located near Galilea, La Rioja, an area with a very distinctive microclimate and predominantly loamy soil, ideal for olive cultivation. Out of respect for the environment, we do not use chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or any products that generate toxic waste on our estate.
